Project Management Support - Entities

An important part of creating and managing projects is to first create the entity or client companies that the project is focused on. This can be an internal entity, or an external one. Each project needs to be associated with an entity in order to be concise, trackable and efficient.

Adding an Entity

1. Hover over "Business Management Tools"
2. Hover over "Project Management" in the menu, and then click on "Manage Entities" in the submenu.
3. Click on "Create Entity"
4. Enter the name of the entity, select whether that entity is active or inactive, and enter any additional notes as needed to describe or enhance the entry.
5. Click "Submit"

Your new entity is now created. A new project specific to this entity can now be created.
