Email Support - Email Lists

An email broadcast is sent to many email addresses at once. Lists can be generated in the your CRM account or imported with a CSV file.

• Email Send Lists - A send list is the list of emails you intend to send your broadcast to. Select one or multiple lists for a campaign. To select multiple, hold down the [CTRL] key and click on the desired lists.
• Email Proof Lists - A proof list is the list used for sending an example email before the official blast. You'll always want to send proofs before actually sending to your audience so you can verify there are no errors or typos. To select multiple, hold down the [CTRL] key and click on the desired lists.
• Email Suppression Lists - A suppression list is a list used to weed out email addresses from the send list. For example, you may have a dated send list and have a list of updated opt outs and want to suppress the updated emails from the official list. To select multiple, hold down the [CTRL] key and click on the desired lists.

Once you have selected your lists, click Save and Edit Email Message to proceed to the next step.
