A 404 is the browser saying it can't find the page. We still show the site wrapper to maintain site consistency when a user gets the error. It means a page URL doesn't exist, has been modified, or has been deleted without the corresponding link getting an update as well. You'll need to modify or delete the link corresponding with the page.
